Enterprise Architect - Divestment - Manufacturing

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

• We require experience providing technical design leadership on large or complex projects in an industrial environment.
• We require experience gained in a comparable enterprise architecture position with design authority and enterprise-wide responsibilities.
• We require strong business analysis skills, including developing business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, and process modelling.
• We require proven experience in enterprise architecture blueprint development, governance, and management.
• We require strong leadership and change management skills, with practical experience leading transformation in large organisations or international contexts.
• We prefer experience within the manufacturing sector.
• We require knowledge of SDLC and project management methods.
• We require knowledge of SAP and Microsoft technologies.
• We require an appropriate level of professional experience for an enterprise architect role.

• We will lead our IT Design Authority.
• We will analyse our current technology, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement.
• We will create a plan for future technology and architecture development.
• We will provide technical design leadership across large or complex projects.
• We will develop and manage enterprise architecture blueprints and governance.
• We will support business analysis activities, including vision, strategy, functional decomposition, requirements capture, and process modelling.
• We will lead and support transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• We will apply SDLC and project management methods to deliver architecture outcomes.
• We will work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to support change and alignment.
• We will contribute expertise in SAP and Microsoft technologies where relevant.
