Requirements
  • We are looking for 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally within SAP consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments.
  • We require a proven track record of winning and delivering large SAP consulting engagements.
  • We are seeking experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • We need strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4

    HANA, EAM, BTP, and digital transformation programmes.
  • We require demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
  • We are looking for strong experience in strategic account management and complex deal negotiation.
  • We need expertise in strategic sales leadership and enterprise solution selling.
  • We require strong pipeline development and forecasting capability.
  • We are seeking excellent client relationship management, commercial negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • We will have you define and execute the overall sales strategy across our EAM, Digital Core, and Intelligent Technology practices.
  • We will expect you to deliver consistent year-on-year revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • We will have you build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to our strategic growth objectives.
  • We will expect you to develop multi-year account plans for key enterprise customers.
  • We will have you lead, mentor, and develop our Sales and Business Development team.
  • We will expect you to establish effective sales governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
  • We will have you build a high-performance sales culture focused on consultative selling, pipeline quality, and deal discipline.
  • We will expect you to collaborate closely with our Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to align go-to-market activities.
  • We will have you build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior executives across enterprise clients.
  • We will expect you to lead strategic deal pursuits and complex SAP consulting engagements.
  • We will have you position us as a trusted transformation partner for SAP implementations, managed services, and innovation programmes.
  • We will expect you to represent our business at executive-level client meetings, industry events, and SAP partner engagements.
  • We will have you develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP account executives, partner managers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • We will expect you to identify opportunities through SAP RISE, GROW, BTP, and S/4

    HANA programmes.
  • We will have you collaborate with SAP teams to co-develop pipeline opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • We will expect you to lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
  • We will have you oversee the development of winning proposals, RFP responses, and commercial strategies.
  • We will expect you to ensure alignment between client requirements, solution design, and delivery capability.
  • We will have you negotiate and close high-value consulting engagements and long‑term partnerships.
  • We will expect you to analyse industry trends and identify emerging market opportunities within SAP consulting.
  • We will have you support expansion into new sectors, service offerings, and geographies.
  • We will expect you to work with senior leadership to develop new offerings aligned to market demand.
