Senior Infrastructure and Network Systems Engineer

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure & Network Systems Engineer to join our Head Office team in Enfield. Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server 2016+ administration
• Experience with Proxmox virtualization
• Familiarity with Reverse Proxy Web Server Management
• Knowledge of Application Proxy Gateway
• Experience with cloud and hybrid server environments
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and MDM platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Exchange (Online / Hybrid)
• Experience with IIS and secure web server hosting
• Knowledge of identity integration (Knox, Intune, Azure AD / Entra )
• Experience with TrueNAS administration
• Knowledge of file services (SMB, NFS, iSCSI)
• Proficient in backup and recovery using Veeam systems
• Understanding of RADIUS authentication and policy generation
• Knowledge of PKI and server certificate management
• Experience with cross-platform identity integration
• Ability to design and segment networks
• Familiarity with Cisco and Ubiquiti hardware
• Knowledge of VPNs, secure connectivity, and access control
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster operations
• Knowledge of persistent storage integration
• Familiarity with certificate-based authentication
• Understanding of Zero Trust and defense-in-depth principles
• Knowledge of network and identity security, server and platform hardening
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 aligned practices
• CompTIA Network+ certification
• Vendor-agnostic networking skills
• Proficient in Linux, Windows, M365, and Cloud technologies
• Experience in customer-facing engineering (CE+)
