Salary: £30,000 - 38,000 per year
Requirements- We are looking for a System Administrator who can help us deliver an effective and efficient service and resolve customer problems promptly to support client satisfaction.
- We value strong product knowledge of our products and services.
- We expect you to contribute to and maintain a technical library with up-to-date information.
- We are looking for someone who can provide input on system scaling, technical advice, and risk assessments to our Service Delivery Manager as needed.
- You should be committed to keeping up with current and emerging technical developments.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include MCSA:
Office 365. - Desirable qualifications and experience include MCSA:
Windows Server 2016/2012. - Desirable qualifications and experience include experience with Exchange Server.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include experience with Office Suite.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include networking knowledge.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include Cisco ASA / Meraki router configuration.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include Azure.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include RDS / Terminal Services.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include Mitel.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include Sophos.
- Desirable qualifications and experience include Citrix Certified Associate - Networking (CCA-N).
- You must be free to work in the UK.
- We will rely on you to maintain excellent product knowledge across our company products and services.
- We will expect you to maintain and update our technical library with relevant information.
- We will ask you to provide input on scaling systems where required.
- We will ask you to provide technical advice and risk assessments to our Service Delivery Manager as required.
