Solace Messaging Administrator

Salary: £100, per year

• We are looking for someone with experience in infrastructure, production support, or messaging engineering.
• We prefer candidates with automation and programming skills such as Python or Bash.

• We will support and administer enterprise Solace Pub Sub infrastructure across production and non-production environments.
• We will work closely with infrastructure, development, and support teams to ensure messaging reliability, scalability, and performance.
• We will help maintain resilient, highly available messaging systems that support real‑time trading and financial applications.
• We will respond to incidents and support operational troubleshooting in critical environments.
• We will monitor platform health and performance using modern observability tools.
• We will contribute to capacity planning and optimisation of the messaging environment.
• We will support WAN optimisation and performance tuning across distributed infrastructure.
• We will automate operational tasks where possible and help improve platform efficiency.
• We will assist in maintaining low latency, high throughput messaging services for mission critical systems.

We are a globally recognised financial services and technology organisation operating at the forefront of electronic trading and market infrastructure. We are growing our Messaging team and are looking to appoint an experienced Solace Messaging Administrator to help support and optimise a critical low latency messaging environment. You will join a highly technical and collaborative team responsible for resilient, high throughput messaging systems that underpin pricing, trading, and other mission critical applications across a complex global infrastructure.

This is a London-based role with four days per week onsite in Canary Wharf.
