E-Discovery Head

Salary: £100,000 – 100,000 per year

• We are looking for a highly experienced e-discovery professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach.
• We require deep understanding of document review platforms and disclosure processes.
• We need hands‑on experience with leading tools such as Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms.
• We require strong knowledge of AI‑driven review technologies such as TAR and CAL.
• We require proven experience managing teams and delivering training.
• We need solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• We require experience implementing quality control processes and mitigating risk in review workflows.
• We value the ability to advise on the strategic use of technology in complex matters.
• Experience with scripting or automation is advantageous.
• Strong client‑facing experience within professional services or legal environments is required.

• We partner with Disputes teams to design and deliver tailored e-discovery strategies.
• We act as the primary contact for document review and legal technology queries.
• We oversee the full lifecycle of e-discovery projects, from data collection to production.
• We build, mentor, and develop a junior team, providing ongoing training and support.
• We deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders and clients.
• We stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights across our business.
• We ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to disclosure.
• We lead the delivery of end‑to‑end e-discovery services across a diverse range of matters.
• We implement tailored digital solutions to support complex disputes and investigations.
• We help enhance our use of technology‑assisted review tools and drive innovation within the team.
