2nd​/3rd Line EUC Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

• Strong hands‑on experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments in a 2nd/3rd line capacity
• Skilled in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
• Experience administering device management platforms such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune
• Confident troubleshooting complex issues, working independently and across multiple client environments
• Scripting in Bash or Python, with Power Shell as an advantage

• Provide excellent IT support and consultancy to a diverse client base across various sectors
• Take ownership of complex 2nd and 3rd line issues within Apple and Windows estates
• Utilize enterprise‑grade tools including Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Entra , and Microsoft 365
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and build processes
• Work with multiple client environments to broaden technical depth
