IT ERP Support Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

• We are looking for someone open to occasional travel across the UK and Europe, including Ireland and Germany, approximately once per quarter.

• We manage and resolve ERP support tickets.
• We provide onsite support for Quantum in our Southend-on-Sea office.
• We produce tailored reports and support data analysis.
• We ensure process compliance and resolve workflow issues.
• We train and guide staff on correct system usage so they can perform their tasks in the systems.
• We support onboarding of new businesses and employees onto ERP systems.

We are hiring an ERP Support & Business Process Specialist to support our key ERP systems, Quantum and Pentagon, in a highly specialised role that combines ERP expertise, reporting, and process compliance within a regulated industry. This is a full‑time, permanent onsite position with a negotiable salary, flexible salary options, fully funded travel for occasional UK and Europe trips, and several company perks.
