Requirements
  • We require hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar 2nd line support role.
  • We require practical experience supporting both Windows and Linux devices.
  • We require strong knowledge of M365 / O365.
  • We require experience with Windows OS.
  • We require Linux experience, ideally Ubuntu.
  • We require experience with AD / Entra .
  • We require experience with Group Policy.
  • We require solid foundational or advanced knowledge of Linux OS administration.
  • We require experience with device builds.
  • We require scripting experience.
  • We require experience with configuration management.
  • We require knowledge of TCP/IP.
  • We require knowledge of DNS.
  • We require exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.
  • We require the ability to explain complex technical issues to non‑technical users.
  • We require the ability to work on site 5 days per week in London.
Responsibilities
  • We troubleshoot and resolve 2nd line issues on Windows and Linux endpoints.
  • We provide EUC support for end‑user devices.
  • We build and support Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • We support users with technical issues in a clear, professional manner.
  • We work on customer service‑focused support requests and incident resolution.
  • We collaborate with users and internal teams to diagnose and fix technical problems.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with a Windows and Linux background to join our EUC support team. This is a 2nd line support role focused on endpoint support rather than server administration. We are based in London and require the successful candidate to be on site five days per week. Our team values strong customer service, practical technical expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
