Lead IT Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

• We require strong experience in an IT Engineer, EUC Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Systems Administrator role.
• We require experience supporting senior stakeholders and demanding user communities.
• We require strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• We require expertise in Entra  Azure AD and Active Directory.
• We require experience with Intune and endpoint management.
• We require excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• We require strong communication and customer service skills.
• We require the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• We require a full UK driving licence.

• We deliver 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across desktop, infrastructure, and end-user technologies.
• We act as a trusted technology partner for senior stakeholders and executive users.
• We manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
• We administer Entra , Active Directory, Group Policy, and user lifecycle management.
• We manage Intune, endpoint compliance, and device deployments.
• We support Windows and macOS environments.
• We troubleshoot networking, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues.
• We manage hardware refreshes, office technology, and meeting room environments.
• We support multiple UK locations through regular onsite visits.
• We maintain documentation, technical standards, and security controls.
• We drive continuous improvements across user experience and operational processes.
