Hybrid | 2 days/week in-office (Canary Wharf, London)
We're partnering with a fast-growing Health Tech business that's investing heavily in its product function and looking for a Product Manage
r to own key customer journeys and help shape how product is built as the company scales. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex problems, leading discovery, and building products that genuinely improve people's lives. You'll work closely with engineering, design and operational teams to deliver meaningful customer outcomes—not just features.
This is an opportunity to join a business that's early in its product maturity, meaning you'll have real influence over both what gets built and how product is done. You'll own some of the most important customer journeys, balancing discovery and delivery while helping establish product best practices, evidence-led decision making, and a strong culture of experimentation. If you enjoy ambiguity, asking difficult questions and turning insight into action, you'll thrive here.
Whatyou’ll own
- Product strategy and roadmap ownership across key customer journeys
- Leading discovery to uncover customer needs, validate opportunities and test assumptions
- Defining success metrics and making evidence-based prioritisation decisions
- Working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product experiences
- Partnering with operational, commercial and specialist teams to ensure new features are successfully adopted
- Using customer insight, behavioural data and experimentation to continuously improve the product experience
- Helping shape product processes and ways of working as the organisation grows
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, building customer-centric digital products
- Experience working in Health Tech, Fin Tech, or other regulated/high-trust environments
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment - where you've operated with ambiguity and worn multiple hats
- A strong track record of leading product discovery, prioritisation and outcome-led roadmaps within agile product teams
- Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers and designers
- Comfortable influencing a wide range of stakeholders across technical, operational and commercial teams
If you're a Product Manager who loves discovery as much as delivery
, enjoys solving complex customer problems and wants to help shape both a product and the function behind it, we'd love to hear from you.
