Experience in application/software support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication (technical non-technical) High attention to detail and organisation Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Highly Desirable:
Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, and software lifecycle Understanding of APIs
