A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer / Lead to support and enhance critical IT infrastructure within a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and improving workstations, mobile devices, servers, and conference room systems, while diagnosing and resolving technical issues across the business.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain end-user and infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a trading environment
- Improve workflows through automation and tooling
- Lead and mentor a small support team
- Collaborate across engineering and business functions
- 2+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering / Systems Administration
- Automation experience to improve workflows
