We are seeking an experienced Service Now (SNOW) Developer to design, develop, and customize Service Now solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Service Now modules including ITSM and ITOM
- Implement workflows for Problem Management, Complaints Management, and Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Enhance platform performance and ensure best practices in development
- Strong hands‑on experience in Service Now development
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM
- Experience in Problem Management, Complaints Management, Knowledge Management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Now scripting
- Exposure to integrations and Service Now platform customization
- Service Now certifications (CSA / CAD)
- Agile/Scrum experience
