You will become Docebo’s resident expert on eLearning content and the industry that surrounds it, reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions and Content Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the nature of off‑the‑shelf content potential clients require and provide expert advice on the best content pieces for their specific use case.
  • Demonstrate Docebo’s Content Marketplace and showcase its capabilities to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals that include recommendations for content pieces to help clients achieve their learning goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients and current customers, providing expert guidance on their content strategy and how to best leverage Docebo’s offerings.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends in eLearning and content development.
  • Attend eLearning industry conferences, gather intel, and collaborate with our partnerships team to identify top‑quality vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of Docebo’s overarching content strategy.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or solution selling with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their goals.
  • Bonus points for experience in L&D specifically, SaaS or working with an LMS.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of eLearning content styles and providers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with the Google suite of tools.

Great work can happen anywhere, but we emphasize collaboration. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday‑Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from one another. The remaining days offer flexibility to balance work and life.

Benefits
  • Competitive pay and compensation package.
  • Health benefits covering medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Paid vacation days, two company‑wide Docebo Days, floating holidays for cultural celebrations, and your birthday off.
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with a 15% discount.
