Technology Manager

SR2 is recruiting for a growing digital consultancy that delivers technology solutions into complex government environments. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a hands‑on IT Manager to take ownership of their internal technology estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad role, combining IT operations, endpoint management, security, and user support within a modern cloud‑first environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the organisation's IT systems, supporting employees across multiple locations and helping to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment.

• Administering and managing the Google Workspace environment
• Managing user accounts, permissions, security settings, and shared resources
• Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Managing company devices and endpoint security
• Supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
• Managing SaaS applications, SSO integrations, and access controls
• Maintaining hardware and software asset inventories
• Developing and improving IT policies, procedures, and documentation
• Supporting wider security and compliance initiatives
• Experience with Hexnode or other MDM platforms
• Experience managing users, permissions, security policies, and device access
• Experience supporting MacOS and Windows environments
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, including SSO and MFA
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
