Service Now Specialist (ITSM)
📍 London or Manchester (Hybrid)
📅 12-Month Contract

My client, a global technology organisation delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking for a hands on Service Now Specialist with strong ITSM experience to design, configure, and implement enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Service Now ITSM solutions
Configure platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub)
Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions
Essential Skills
Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
Proven experience with Service Now ITSM implementations
Strong configuration and development experience within Service Now
Knowledge of CMDB and Service Now data model
Experience with integrations (APIs, data mapping)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desirable
Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
Exposure to ITOM, CSM or AI modules
Experience with eBonding / Service Exchange
