Data Science Lead – Insurance Pricing Programme – Contract

Our client, a major organisation within the insurance market, is looking for an experienced Data Science Lead to support a large‑scale modernisation programme, delivering commercial analytics and predictive pricing capabilities.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if:

• You have delivered insurance pricing models and have experience building commercial analytics and predictive modelling solutions
• You have General Insurance or London Market experience
• You have experience with HX Renew/Hyperexponential (highly desirable)
• You have strong Python expertise, alongside experience with Spark, R and modern data science tooling
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and proven experience leading data science teams and initiatives
• You can communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and drive delivery in complex environments

The role requires 1 day per week in London and is offering very competitive market rates, Inside IR35.
