MADE Careers is working with a globally recognised architecture, urbanism and design practice to appoint an IT Service Delivery Lead within its London studio.
Supporting approximately 110 employees across London, Birmingham and Manchester, this is a key position responsible for the day to day delivery of IT services across the UK business.
The role will suit an experienced IT professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder management, taking ownership of service delivery whilst helping ensure technology continues to support a busy and collaborative design environment.
The RoleActing as the primary IT lead across the UK studios, you will oversee service delivery, technical operations and user support, working closely with both internal teams and external service providers.
You will play an important role in ensuring systems, hardware and technology infrastructure operate effectively, whilst acting as a trusted point of contact for studio leadership and employees across the business.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of IT service delivery across the UK studios
- Act as the primary escalation point for IT incidents, requests and technical issues
- Manage relationships with external IT service providers and support partners
- Oversee incident management, problem resolution and continuous service improvement
- Support studio leadership teams with IT planning and operational requirements
- Manage hardware, software and technology assets across the business
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, licence management and user administration
- Support collaboration technologies, meeting room systems and video conferencing facilities
- Contribute to wider IT strategy alongside the global technology team
- Promote best practice and help improve user confidence across technology platforms
- Proven experience within a senior IT support, service delivery or IT operations role
- Experience managing IT services across multiple locations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with outsourced IT providers and third party vendors
- Good understanding of networking, hardware, software and end-user computing
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer focused approach with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with wider global teams
- Willingness to travel between UK studio locations when required
