Location: Greater London
Role Overview
Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues. Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience in a timely manner.
What You Will DoRespond to IT service tickets, assist with workstation setups, perform basic AV checks, and support imaging and deployments. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow proper inventory handling and tracking.

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
