We’re hiring a Senior Support Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line support and enhancement for a business‑critical pension administration platform

This is a hands‑on role working across platforms like Compendia, Oracle Fusion, and legacy ERP
, ensuring systems perform reliably while adapting to change.

What you’ll do

Resolve incidents and escalations across core platforms
Support and test integrations (Oracle Fusion & pension systems)
Monitor performance and drive improvements
Work with vendors, infrastructure, and business teams
Support changes driven by regulation and pension landscape evolution

What you’ll bring

Strong experience with pension admin platforms (Compendia essential)
Knowledge of pension processes, calculations, and workflows
Understanding of data interfaces, backend structures, and integrations
Experience in 2nd/3rd line support within complex environments
Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills
