I'm recruiting for a Lead SDET / Test Automation Lead to join a growing, tech-led team within financial services.

This isn't a traditional QA role. The focus is on building and embedding automated testing across a modern engineering environment, working closely with product and development teams.

The role sits across multiple products, so it's looking for someone who can take ownership of how testing is done, improve existing frameworks, and still be hands‑on day to day. You'll be working across API, UI and backend testing in a cloud‑based (Azure) setup, with a strong emphasis on CI/CD and Dev Ops ways of working.

They need someone with a solid background in SDET or QA automation, strong experience with C# and tools like Selenium or Spec Flow, and a track record of building automation frameworks rather than just maintaining them.

Just as important is the ability to work closely with engineers and influence how quality is approached across the team.

Salary up to £135,000. London based.
