Programme Manager - Flex, Flex

Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in‑app mapping and navigation, and more.

• Drive new projects and process improvements to improve the customer experience, driver experience, and cost within our logistics networks.
• Ownership of key business metrics including quality, driver experience, and cost.
• Create new projects and mechanisms to launch across the UK network.
• Drive alignment across stakeholder teams to work towards metric improvements through joint projects and goals.
• Work with tech partners to deploy new features across the UK network.
• Define the roadmap for future years for product and process improvements.
• Own programs to unlock future speed programs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross‑functional teams

• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in a highly analytical, results‑oriented environment with cross‑functional interactions
