  Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure across stores, Head Office and warehouse locat
• ions Leading the IT setup and readiness for new store openings and refurbishm
• ents Delivering infrastructure and POS rollout projects with minimal disruption to operat
• ions Providing BAU support for tills, networking, connectivity and store technolo
• gies Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to minimise down
• time Participating in an on‑call rota for critical incid
• ents Acting as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk and engineering t
• eams Supporting store lifecycle activities including openings, closures and relocat
• ions Maintaining clear technical documentation and contributing to process improvem
• ents Mentoring junior engineers and supporting knowledge sharing across the

• for5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure sup
• port Strong experience supporting retail technology environm
• ents Knowledge of SD-WAN, Fortinet, switching, Wi‑Fi and POS sys
• tems Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Direc
• tory Strong Windows Desktop and Windows Server support experi
• ence Exposure to VMware and Hyper‑V environm
• ents Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and FTP sup
• port Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis sk
• ills Strong communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders at all le
