Requirements- Proven IT Project Management experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 1⋯00% Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Identity, and Endpoint technologies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and risk management skills.
- Local Government or Public Sector experience is desirable.
- Manage the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide governance reporting to senior boards and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organisational governance, architecture standards, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
- Support user adoption, change management, and transition into service.
- Manage escalations and provide recommendations to resolve complex delivery issues.
