Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including tenant configuration, policies, and governance.
- Manage Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Active Directory, Single Sign‑On (SSO), and related identity services.
- Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions, ensuring device compliance and security.
- Design and enforce security controls, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks across the EUC stack.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade end‑user computing solutions.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern workplace technologies.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, identity, and access management.
- Hands‑on experience with security, compliance, and governance in a large enterprise environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
