As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer projects on time within budget and scope. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be:

• To work closely with the Sales teams during pre-sales phasein order to define customer needs and to show our solutions value
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• To gather, lead and federate project teams (both internal and external) with the aim of preparing a key-account roll out
• To coordinate the different steps of the process and to ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
• Engineering degree(IT specilialization is a plus)
• Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management
• Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated
