We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations you will act as a first point of contact for all technology support across our offices, factory, and site locations, ensuring a smooth and reliable IT experience for all users.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is keen to develop their technical skills across modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities IT Support & Service Delivery- Act as a first point of contact for IT support requests across the Reds
10 Group - Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets, including triaging, prioritising, and escalating issues
- Provide in‑person, remote, and deskside support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain clear and professional communication with users throughout issue resolution
- Set up, configure and deploy laptops and devices for new starters
- Support joiners, movers, and leavers processes (onboarding/offboarding)
- Maintain accurate records within the IT asset register
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching across devices
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Manage user accounts and access via Azure Entra
- Assist with software installation, licensing, and troubleshooting
- Provide support for office network and connectivity issues
- Assist the Head of IT Operations with IT projects and infrastructure tasks
- Support and develop skills in Azure environment build and management
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist with security and compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 activities
- Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Exposure to Azure Entra Active Directory
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical users
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a ticket queue independently
- A genuine interest in IT and a desire to continuously learn and develop
- A customer‑first mindset with a high standard of service delivery
