Role Overview
The M365 Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. The role will work closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of service and support across the business.
What You Will DoProvide first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, diagnose and resolve problems, log and prioritize multiple open issues, and ensure incidents are resolved within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory/Entra , Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview and common business applications
- Familiarity with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, SSO applications, Autopilot/Pre-provision technologies, Cloud printing and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Zendesk)
- Exposure to IT asset management and remote support tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft MCP) are a plus
