The successful candidate will play a key role in managing release pipelines, maintaining version control processes, enabling seamless integration between Oracle‑delivered assets and internal systems, and driving Dev Ops best practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational stability.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Azure Dev Ops pipelines to support automated deployment of Oracle OHI components across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Ensure deployment pipelines are scalable, repeatable, secure, and aligned with CI/CD best practices.
  • Manage Oracle OHI releases, patches, updates, and deployment activities in collaboration with Oracle delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute deployments while minimizing operational disruption and downtime.
  • Manage Oracle‑delivered files through Git version control processes and Azure Dev Ops deployment pipelines.
  • Maintain repository structures, branching strategies, release tagging standards, and source control governance.
  • Implement and maintain automated deployment and release management processes.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code principles where appropriate to ensure consistent environment configurations.
  • Manage environment‑specific configurations, variables, and secrets securely.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline build, deployment, and release activities.
  • Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot release, configuration, or integration issues.
  • Support production releases and collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and maintain service stability.
  • Partner with architects, developers, testers, business stakeholders, and Oracle delivery teams to ensure successful release cycles.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, configurations, governance requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to internal security standards, compliance requirements, and deployment governance frameworks.
Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Release Management.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Git version control, branching strategies, merging practices, and release management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) or other Oracle enterprise applications.
  • Experience with deployment automation and configuration management practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Bash, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Terraform or ARM templates is preferred.
  • Understanding of Dev Ops security best practices and secure deployment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
