Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Service Desk Enablement Lead for a hybrid role in Warrington. This position involves improving the adoption of Service Desk tools and processes within a global consultancy.

You will be responsible for enhancing user support services, driving training initiatives, and managing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in IT Service Desk environments and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.

This contract role is set for 6 months with a day rate of £220.
