Infrastructure Support Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support and user services
• Strong understanding of Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with large scale servers, storage, HPC, and virtualization technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and guide staff on IT security and application use
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Motivation for personal development in IT
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in IT or Computing is desirable

• Deliver 3rd line IT infrastructure and user support services to LMS community
• Develop, deploy, and maintain IT technologies supporting the Computing Facility
• Provide training and guidance on safe and secure use of hardware and applications
• Collaborate with key stakeholders at Imperial College London and Healthcare NHS Trust
• Support the overall mission of the LMS
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement of IT systems Technologies
