Senior Cloud Security Developer

What is the Opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cloud Security Developer to join our team in our Fenchurch office in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance the company's cloud security posture, and will also contribute to the developer experience and foster a culture that encourages best security practices.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days at our 100 Bishopsgate, London office.

• Establish core services and security controls across Azure, AWS, GCP and Kubernetes environments.
• Design and build cloud security solutions using automation, config as code, and TDD principles.
• Implement SRE practices to enhance operational processes and reliability.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering groups to align on technical strategies.
• Develop security coverage reports to identify gaps and enhance the cloud security strategy.
• Lead and participate in delivering end-to-end integrated solutions.

• Familiarity with modern software development, Dev Ops, and SRE practices.
• Experience in Python.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Experience working with container tools and platforms.
• Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like ARM, Cloud Formation, and Terraform.
• Must be available for on‑call support.

• Experience with observability tools and frameworks like Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Open Telemetry etc.
• Experience with Open Policy Agent.
• Experience in Go, Type Script, or any other modern programming language.
• Cloud or Security certifications.
