Location: Greater London

We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join a large-scale transformation programme, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure migration
. This is a hands‑on leadership role driving end‑to‑end testing across a complex delivery.

What you’ll be doing :

Leading test planning, analysis, and delivery across the full lifecycle
Driving End-to-End testing and UAT
, working closely with business stakeholders and vendors
Owning test governance, reporting, and deliverables
Managing quality, risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme
Supporting and shaping a long-term automation strategy

What we’re looking for:

Experience on large transformation programmes (Azure, Salesforce, Dynamics or similar)
Strong background in E2E testing and UAT leadership
Proven experience in test governance and stakeholder management
Good understanding of test automation
, including where it adds value
Exposure to CI/CD and modern delivery practices
