Up to £33,000 Benefits Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a varied onsite role where you can make a real difference to end users? We're looking for a customer-focused 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing technology team, providing hands-on support across a busy business environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users face-to-face, and working with a wide range of modern Microsoft technologies.
What you'll be doing Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware, software and user issues. Supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and One Drive. Configuring, deploying and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment. Managing user accounts, onboarding and offboarding processes. Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues. Logging, updating and resolving tickets within agreed service levels.
Assisting with system updates, endpoint security and small IT projects. Working closely with senior technical teams to resolve more complex issues. What we're looking for Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT Support or similar technical support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365. Experience supporting end-user devices and peripherals. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A customer-first approach with strong communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience with Active Directory or helpdesk systems would be advantageous. What's on offer Salary up to £33,000 . Opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies.
