Technology Intern: Source Engineer, WordPress & Linux

Salary: £28,860 - £30,784 per year

• You must be available to attend an in-person interview in central London.
• You must be available to start immediately.
• You should be able to commute to our central London office.

• We support our customers, principally through our email ticketing system.
• We provide production Dev Ops support and gain hands-on experience managing Apache, Nginx, Varnish, and other web server and caching software.
• We develop understanding of the LAMP stack, especially for PHP-based CMS-driven sites such as Word Press and Magento.
• We learn about managing Linux servers, both virtual and bare metal, with mentoring from our team.
• We carry out configuration management using Ansible and version control using Git.
• We gain hands-on experience managing and optimising MySQL and MariaDB databases.
• We provide general support to colleagues in our technology team.
• We work across a range of areas as part of a small, collaborative team.
