Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Qualifications- We require professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- We require degree-level education.
- We require prior desktop support experience in a bank or financial institution.
- We require at least 3 years of practical experience with Windows desktop operating systems in investment banking, hedge fund, or a similar financial services environment.
- We require familiarity with Windows environments.
- We require excellent organisational skills and a high level of detail.
- We require the ability to start immediately.
- We prefer candidates with experience supporting desk and technical issues at 2nd and 3rd line level.
- We provide daily support for IT equipment and peripherals.
- We troubleshoot issues and respond rapidly to incidents.
- We carry out patching and software installations.
- We support Active Directory tasks.
- We manage user onboarding and offboarding.
- We handle asset management and permissions.
- We provide 2nd and 3rd-line desktop and technical support as part of our team.
