Location: Greater London

Centaur Labs is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support Salesforce's top clients in Greater London. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business goals through expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required, with strong preference given to candidates familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Occasional travel to the London office is required.
