POSITION OVERVIEW
This role plays a key part in driving the implementation of ESG regulatory requirements across Ralph Laurens operations. You will partner closely with Legal & Compliance, Public Affairs, and cross-functional leaders to translate regulatory obligations into scalable, efficient operational processes.
You will take ownership of defined work streams, ensuring delivery, governance, and new ways of working adoption are effectively managed end-to-end.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to interpret ESG regulations and shape operational responses
- Identify impacted teams and drive alignment on requirements, timelines, and responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for defined work streams, ensuring clarity and engagement across stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver against regulatory requirements
2) Operational Planning & Delivery Ownership
- Own the development and delivery of operational plans for defined ESG initiatives
- Define and embed clear roles, responsibilities, and governance structures
- Lead project tracking and ensure delivery against timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Drive integration of ESG processes into BAU operations across teams
- Establish and maintain scalable process documentation and frameworks
3) Business Change & Adoption
- Drive the rollout of change initiatives, including training and communication plans
- Ensure stakeholders are equipped to adopt new processes effectively
- Monitor adoption and proactively address gaps or challenges
4) Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Own implementation tracking and reporting for key work streams
- Lead governance routines and ensure actions are followed through
- Monitor regulatory developments and initiate updates to operational processes
- Identify and drive improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, or enhance compliance
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple parallel work streams.
- Experience with documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical capability to support financial/resource assessments and process evaluations.
- Familiarity with ESG regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPR, AGEC, ESPR, CSRD, CSDDD).
- Exposure to supply chain, product, or sustainability processes.
