Position: Onsite Service Desk Engineer - 1st Line IT Support )

VIQU IT is looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Engineer for a 3-month contract in Central London. You will provide high-quality first-line technical support, handling calls, walk-ups, and service tickets while ensuring users receive a professional IT support experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in 1st Line Support, is proactive, and possesses strong communication skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with Microsoft 365 administration.
