We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a key client program, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll processes within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is crucial for leading a significant transformation project.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll processes within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Oversee payroll work streams and make critical functional decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders effectively, presenting solutions in a clear manner.
• Produce design proposals, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
• Develop or enhance methodologies, assets, accelerators, or offerings related to HCM.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Global HR and UK Payroll.
• Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in UK Payroll and taxation.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll business processes.
• Proven ability to design and architect Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Immediate start available.
• Hybrid working model, requiring presence in Reading for two days a week.
• Initial contract duration of 6 months.
• Competitive daily rate between £450 and £530, inside IR35.
