Overview

We are seeking a Senior Legal Technologist/GenAI Adoption Lead to play a key role in driving the successful adoption and integration of innovative technologies across a leading international law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working closely with legal professionals, influencing change, and helping shape the future delivery of legal services.

• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and legal technology to address operational challenges, improve efficiency, and enhance client delivery.
• Partner with lawyers and knowledge teams to understand practice‐specific workflows and identify opportunities for technology‑enabled improvements.
• Drive the adoption of existing and emerging legal technology solutions through engagement, training, demonstrations, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with technology, innovation, training, and knowledge teams to ensure solutions meet business and client needs.
• Translate legal and business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and client‑facing discussions showcasing the value and benefits of legal technology and GenAI.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and effectiveness of technology solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and developments within the legal technology and AI landscape.
• Capture and share success stories, best practices, and case studies to promote innovation across the firm.

• Experience working within legal technology, legal operations, innovation, knowledge management, change management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal technology platforms and the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior professionals.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or technology adoption programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
• The ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
