** What you’ll do
*** Create clear, simple, and user-focused content across web and app journeys.
* Turn business requirements and UX ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand wireframes.
* Regularly optimise digital content to keep it accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
* Work closely with Brand, UX, Product, Legal, and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.
* Develop different content variations and components to support testing, optimisation, and personalisation.
* Follow design standards and accessibility best practices.
* Take part in design critiques, peer reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Keep design documentation up to date.
* Support end-to-end content delivery for new features, updates, and releases.
* Use data, research, and insights to improve content performance and customer outcomes.##
** Who you are
*** Solid experience in Digital Design.
* Good understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and responsive design.
* Able to take complex information and make it simple and clear for a wide audience.
* Comfortable working as part of cross-functional digital teams.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (like WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
