SmartIT is looking for a Service Desk Analyst L2 in Aberdeen, UK. You will manage Service Desk activities focusing on Incident and Service Request management, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer handling skills, a strong understanding of ITSM tools like Service Now, and 3+ years of experience in service desk roles. ITIL certification is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
