Role Purpose
To support the delivery and ongoing optimisation of Colliers' enterprise data management initiatives by analysing data, identifying quality issues, supporting stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across data processes and governance activities. The role will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping to translate business requirements into practical solutions while promoting best practice data management across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and validate data from multiple sources to identify quality issues, inconsistencies and trends.
- Investigate recurring data issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Support data cleansing, validation and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Produce analysis and reporting to support operational and project requirements.
- Support the maintenance and governance of enterprise reference and master data.
- Assist with implementation and adoption of data governance standards and processes.
- Contribute to development of enterprise data management practices across EMEA.
- Support management of data‑related documentation, controls and procedures.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, data stewards, project teams and technology colleagues.
- Provide guidance to users on data‑related processes and governance requirements.
- Assist with stakeholder training, communications and adoption activities.
- Act as point of contact for data‑related queries and support requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, controls and business processes.
- Work with technology and business teams to implement agreed improvements.
- Support issue resolution and root‑cause analysis activities.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance data management across the organisation.
- Support enterprise data and transformation projects across EMEA.
- Assist with onboarding new countries, systems and business processes into data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data requirements are understood and delivered.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, pattern recognition and ability to interpret information.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proactive learning, curiosity and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Essential
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Data Analytics, Information Management, Finance, Mathematics, Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics or technology.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience in data, reporting, administration, finance, operations or analytical roles.
- Exposure to data governance, data quality or master data management activities.
- Experience in professional services, corporate or technology environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other analytical tools.
- Understanding of enterprise systems and business process improvement methodologies.
