Office End User IT Support Analyst

The Law Society is seeking an End User Services Analyst to join their IT Operations team in London. In this role, you will provide high-quality, customer-focused IT service, supporting both in-person and remote users, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services throughout the organization.

You will manage incidents, support a range of hardware and software, and contribute to continuous service improvement while complying with IT security standards. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of ITIL processes, and excellent communication abilities.
