Location: Greater London

RSA Security is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer value, enhance product adoption, and ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and customer-centric thinking, enabling engagement across various teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in relevant roles with strong ownership and judgment. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, along with experience in technical, customer-facing positions.
