We are looking for a UK-based, SC-cleared Service Now Developer with experience across ITSM, ITOM, and AI-driven capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing Service Now solutions, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customise Service Now modules across ITSM and ITOM.
- Implement integrations and automation using Service Now and AI capabilities.
- Support platform enhancements, incident/problem management improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solution.
- Strong Service Now development experience (ITSM, ITOM).
- Exposure to AI/automation use cases within Service Now.
- Experience with integrations, workflows, and scripting.
