Location: Greater London
Role Overview
Service Desk Team Lead for a Microsoft Gold Partner MSP working in the healthcare and education sectors.
Lead a team of 10 second‑line engineers located in Bristol and Glasgow.
Responsibilities- Act as the point of escalation for the team and communicate with third‑party customers.
- Manage Azure migrations, server upgrades and other projects across the Microsoft Stack.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Strong technical background with experience in Windows Server, Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Previous support role experience, ideally 2nd line or higher.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salary up to £65,000 + bonus.
- Hybrid working model: 3 days a week onsite; choice of office in Bristol, London, Newcastle or Glasgow.
