Expert Business Analyst Skills & Deep Service Now Understanding with strong experience
Responsibilities- Translate regulatory, risk, and business requirements into structured Service Now user stories, workflows, and data models
- Support end-to-end solution design across Data Resilience capabilities (IAR, DRA, DLVC, controls, and reporting)
- Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned to Service Now out-of-the-box capabilities and target architecture
- Collaborate with Service Now CoE and engineering teams to shape scalable, automated solutions
- Contributory pension of up to 5%
